EXPRESS COACHING

This program is laser focused on your specific challenges and consists of four, 30-minute sessions. Issues addressed may include, but not be limited to, overcoming internalized ageist beliefs and/or other limiting beliefs, identifying and communicating your value proposition, interview prep, navigating a difficult work situation or conversation.

This can be a great starter package for other coaching programs or taken as a stand-alone for busy professional women. 

THREE AND SIX MONTH PROGRAMS

Both of these customized individual programs begin with a 90-minute strategy session to set goals for the coaching process. This strategy session helps me better understand and prioritize our work together.

  • Where are you now in your career and what’s your goal?
  • What workplace challenges are you facing?
  • Are your own limiting beliefs holding you back?
  • How much longer do you want/need to work?

The goal of the program is to identify your challenges and help you overcome what is blocking your success, and create a plan for your future.

The three month program has five, 60-minute follow up sessions and the six month has 11 sessions. Both programs include unlimited email and phone support.

PREMIUM SIX MONTH PROGRAM

This in-depth program is designed for ambitious professional women who are invested in their future success at their current company or are seeking new opportunities and want guidance on how best to position themselves going forward.

The program starts with the pre-work questionnaire and 90-minute strategy session.  During that initial session, we identify up to five people for feedback interviews. As part of the process, I send them a short questionnaire and then schedule a phone session with them to get confidential feedback about how they perceive you; your strengths, areas to improve, your potential. The feedback serves lays the groundwork to establish goals and a strategic plan for the future. 

The program includes 11, one-hour follow up sessions with unlimited email and phone support.
