The dramatic increase in anti—LGBTQ+ legislation this year, prompted the Human Rights Campaign to declare a state of emergency for the first time in its 40 year history, citing more than 75 bills targeting the LGBTQ+ community that have been signed into law.

According to a Navigate Wellbeing Solutions survey, 40% of LGBTQ+ employees are still closeted at work, and 26% of these individuals wish they could be out at work. Seventy-five percent of LGBTQ+ employees have experienced daily negative workplace interactions related to their LGBTQ+ identity.
