It’s far too simplistic to look at people who excel in their fields, especially in sports, and chalk up their consistent success to talent and hard work. Certainly, those two characteristics are of critical importance. Yet without a winning mindset, that track record of success is not sustainable. The drive to be the best, a strong belief in yourself, and a laser focus on the end goal set winners apart from the rest of the pack.

Audrey and Nicole Nourse have won an unprecedented four consecutive NCAA championships in beach volleyball for the USC team. The identical twins have dominated the sport since their first national championship in 2021. Head coach Dain Blanton describes them. “Four years and four national championships as starters, the Nourse twins are one of the best teams of all time playing together.” Not only do they leverage their close sibling relationship on the court to fearlessly compete, they work as a team off court to build a strong brand @beachvolleyballtwins, business venture, podcast, and manage their non-profit organization, Exposition SC, a multi-media platform dedicated to giving student-athletes an opportunity to share their stories and build their brands through their own words.
