Charlotte has had an amazing career and track record of success. She was the first female SVP at J. Walter Thompson Advertising in the firm’s 106 year history. She then served as a turn around agent in the role of CEO at Thatham-Laird and Kudner, where she doubled the industry average profits and tripled billings to $325 billion. This success led her to become Chairman and CEO of Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide, a $5.4 billion, 8000 employee, multinational advertising agency where billings increased by $2 billion during her five year tenure.

Charlotte served as Undersecretary of State for Public Diplomacy & Public Affairs, taking on the task of bringing Brand America to the world and for her service, she was awarded the Distinguished Service Medal, the State Department’s highest honor.
